Proactive protection.

Tires and wheels are the only parts of your Porsche vehicle that touch the road. Unfortunately, they also come into contact with road hazards such as glass, nails, potholes, and debris. We offer a comprehensive way to protect them from hazards seen and unseen.

Our Premier Tire & Wheel Protection will keep you on the road by keeping your tires and wheels in top shape.

Available on new, pre-owned, and Certified Pre- Owned Porsche vehicles at the time of vehicle purchase or lease only.

Premier Tire & Wheel Protection coverage includes:

Replacement of a tire if structurally damaged to the extent that it fails to hold air due to a covered road hazard, including glass, potholes, debris or nails (includes tires with run-flat technology); tires are never plugged or patched
Replacement of a wheel if road hazard damage prevents the wheel from sealing to the tire, resulting in the tire failing to hold air or maintaining the tire manufacturer’s air pressure specifications
Towing expenses reimbursed up to $250 per occurrence in the event of covered road hazard damage
Costs associated with the replacement of the tires and/or wheels, plus approved labor charges, including mounting, balancing, valve stems, tire disposal, and taxes
A $50 deductible² will be applied per replacement claim, regardless of how many tires and/or wheels are being replaced at that time
Transferable for a $50 fee if you sell your vehicle to a private party³

Cosmetic Repair includes:

Cosmetic wheel repair for damage such as nicks and scrapes

Coverage information:

Cosmetic wheel repair is limited to sanding, painting, or refinishing the wheel without the need to apply additional material or bend/straighten the wheel
Cosmetic wheel repair is limited to a total of eight (8) individual wheel repairs during the Agreement term
There is no deductible associated with Cosmetic Repair for wheels

Coverage exclusions may apply:⁴

Damage to tires with less than 3/32″ tread depth at the lowest point on the tire at the time of damage
Cosmetic damage to tires
Replacement or re-manufacturing of wheels due to cosmetic damage
Damage caused by vandalism, theft, or driving with low or no tire pressure
Repairs made without prior authorization
Damage caused by road conditions (such as uneven lanes or metal plates) found in construction zones or construction sites
Failures from normal wear and tear, improper wear, or dry rot

Your tires and wheels will be replaced using original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and OEM-approved tires and parts.

Your coverage is not restricted by vehicle mileage and will continue even if you replace your tires.

If damage occurs:

Nationwide service available at all participating authorized Porsche Centers or other authorized licensed repair facilities
Replacement parts will be covered for the remainder of the Agreement term⁵

The optional Porsche Premier Tire & Wheel Protection is available for purchase as a stand-alone product, or with the Porsche Multi-Coverage Protection Packages.

Porsche Lease-end Protection

Lease-end made easy.

Leasing your Porsche should be an exciting experience. And, the optional Porsche Lease-end Protection⁶ makes turning in your vehicle at lease end smooth and simple by waiving up to $7,500 of covered excess wear charges.

Lease-end documents are obtained on your behalf, and coverage benefits are automatically reconciled on your Maturity Bill.⁷ Now you can relax and enjoy your Porsche knowing you are protected from unexpected costs at the end of your lease.

Available on new, pre-owned, and Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned vehicles at the time of vehicle lease only.

Coverage information:

Waiver of covered excess wear charges up to $7,500
No deductible
Certain missing parts covered up to $150 total
Certain tire-related excess wear charges in the aggregate waived up to $1,000

Porsche Lease-end Protection will apply upon return of your leased vehicle and when excess wear charges are determined to be owed (applicable up to 12 months after the original scheduled termination date). This worry-free product is transferable for a $50 fee if your lease agreement is assumed by a private party and no other terms of the lease agreement are modified.⁸

Returning Porsche Financial Services (PFS) customers who execute a new finance or lease agreement with PFS may be eligible for an excess wear loyalty waiver of up to $1,000 offered by PFS, which could reduce lease end excess wear charges. The PFS loyalty waiver program is subject to change without notice.¹⁰

Paint wear and exterior surface dents
Scratches, chips, pits, or cracks
Discoloration, stone bruises, and sand damage
Front and rear windshield and side glass chips
Interior upholstery surface rips, tears, stains, and spotting
Carpet rips, tears, stains and spotting
Head lamps and tail lamp assemblies
Tail turn signal and brake light bulbs
Side and rearview mirrors (glass, surface, and mechanical/electrical)
Door, trunk, and hatch handles
Front and rear door, hatch, and tailgate seals
Bumpers, bumper covers, step bumpers, and surrounding bumper trim
Badges and body insignia
Factory audio equipment, speakers, and systems
Navigation/display screen
Entertainment screens
Mufflers and tail pipes
Convertible tops, including trim and moldings

Coverage exclusions may apply:⁹

If your vehicle is used for competitive driving, racing or a prohibited commercial purpose
Any itemized excess wear charge that exceeds $1,000
Any charges caused by your wrongful or intentional acts
Excess mileage charges
Missed scheduled maintenance charges
Repairs performed prior to lease agreement termination
Alteration charges

Trip interruption coverage of up to $200 per day for a maximum of five (5) days, if required for a total benefit of $1,000 per occurrence¹⁴

Mechanical breakdowns covered by your vehicle’s manufacturer’s warranty
Mechanical breakdowns caused by accident, collision, vandalism, or weather-related conditions
Mechanical breakdowns caused by lack of recommended maintenance or preexisting conditions
Repair or replacement of hybrid batteries, electric batteries, and battery cables

[11] Vehicle Service Protection coverage runs concurrently with any applicable manufacturer’s warranties.

Porsche Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP)

What is GAP?

In the event your Porsche is declared a total loss due to an accident, theft, or natural disaster, your insurance company might reimburse you only for your vehicle’s assessed value. As a result, there could be a significant gap between what your insurer pays and the balance you owe on your Retail Contract plus your insurance deductible.

Porsche Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) helps safeguard you by waiving some or all the difference between your primary insurance settlement and the outstanding balance on your vehicle’s financing.

Available on new, pre-owned, and Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned vehicles on Porsche Financial Services Retail Installment Sale Contracts at the time of vehicle purchase only.

Considering the risks associated with theft, collision, and natural disasters, Porsche GAP can help put Retail Contract deficiencies and insurance deductibles behind you in the event of a total loss.¹⁸

Coverage information:

Waives covered losses up to $50,000
Includes coverage for your insurance deductible up to $1,500¹⁹
Covers Retail Contract balance/amount financed up to 150% of the vehicle’s MSRP/NADA value
Available on Retail Contract terms up to 84 months
Transferable for a $50 fee if you sell your vehicle to a private party²⁰

Any amount or term exceeding the program maximums
The following deductions taken by the primary insurer: prior damage, salvage, missing items, excess towing, custom equipment, and storage
Total losses resulting from the customer’s dishonest, fraudulent, or illegal acts (such as DUI), or those committed by the customer’s family member or other person acting under the customer’s authority
Vehicles used for competitive driving, racing, or a prohibited commercial purpose
Leased vehicles or balloon loans

Porsche Dent Protection

Coverage information:

Repairs dents and dings that can appear on your vehicle through everyday use
Dents and dings must be no larger than four (4) inches in diameter and be within an accessible area located on a body panel of your vehicle
Removes door dings and minor dents without harming your vehicle’s factory finish
Transferable for a $50 fee if you sell your vehicle to a private party²³

Porsche Key Protection

Your Porsche key has advanced technology that makes it costly to replace. Porsche Key Protection provides protection, security, and peace of mind whether your keys are lost or damaged.

Available on new, pre-owned, and Certified Pre- Owned Porsche vehicles at the time of vehicle purchase or lease only.

Coverage information:

If your Porsche keys are lost or damaged Porsche Key Protection covers the replacement of the vehicle key/remote (up to $800 per occurrence)
Lockout assistance to unlock the covered vehicle if your vehicle keys are lost, damaged or locked inside your car, (up to $100 per occurrence)
Towing assistance to the nearest registered service facility, or other facility of your choice (up to $250 per occurrence)
Taxi/rental vehicle/public transportation reimbursement (up to $75 per occurrence)
Transferable for a $50 fee if you sell your vehicle to a private party²⁵

Repairs chips and cracks in the front windshield caused by propelled rocks or road debris
Covers unlimited repairs and one (1) replacement of the front windshield during the Agreement term²⁸

Porsche Term Protection

High-performance protection from everyday wear.

Porsche Term Protection³¹ covers parts and labor for wearable components for up to six (6) years or 72,000 miles,³² with no deductible. Enjoy your Porsche knowing that when a replacement of select parts is needed,³³ the expense will be covered.

Mechanical breakdown coverage including all mechanical and electrical parts, unless specifically listed as not covered in the Exclusions from Coverage section of the Agreement

Optional brake rotor benefits:³⁵

Covers one (1) replacement set of front and rear brake rotors
